The bottom of the ball plate is lined with oil-bearing nylon with a cylinder on the surface, and the side of the ball plate is lined with smooth UHMWPE lining. The organic combination of the two materials can make the use of the ball plate achieve the effect.
1、 The base plate is made of oil-bearing nylon lining
1. The thickness of oily nylon liner is 30mm, the height of cylinder is 15mm, and the diameter of cylinder is 40mm. Due to the low water absorption (0.7%) of the oil-bearing nylon lining, the thickness of the substrate can be effectively controlled.
2. The cylinder with material on the surface of cylinder liner is very obvious. The thickness of the base material is evenly controlled at about 20 mm ~ 30 mm, and there is no large area collapse. The effective control of the bottom material thickness makes the movable scraper wear less, and the service life of the scraper is more than 3 times of that of the cast stone slab.

4. The weight of nylon liner is only 1 / 3 of that of cast stone slab. 2、 The side plate is made of UHMWPE
The water absorption of UHMWPE lining is only 0.01%. It has very low friction coefficient and good self-lubricating performance, and can effectively prevent side wall adhesion. The side scraper is basically free of wear, which ensures the effective working area of the ball disc and improves the quality of the pellet.
